Burcu is an  ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited MCC, Master Certified Executive § Team Coach, trainer, and consultant, with 4000+ hours of coaching experience.

Her mission & passion is to coach leaders and teams to raise awareness intelligence, facilitate conscious and intentional actions through authentic presence to create a purposeful present and future. She supports;

Prior to her coaching career she worked in different multinational/cultural organizations with different roles in HR, establishing revolutionary HR Systems, performance evaluation & development, employee engagement, leadership development to name a few. In 2013, HR systems implementation under her vision & supervision impacted the company to be one of the first GPTW, in Turkey.

Burcu has holistic approach to leadership & organizational wellbeing –from nutritional health to breath, psychological safety to yoga – blended uniquely to serve the best interest of her clients. Since 2017, when she founded Renaissance Consulting with a purpose to support leaders & organizations to reach their best possible performance results with sustainability, she has served 30+ different business partners internationally through the life-changing programs she has designed and lead. She always aimed high professional & ethical standards in coaching & consulting. Burcu is a graduate of reputable coaching schools GCP (Gestalt Coaching Program), CTI ( Co-active Training Institute), ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) and a certified practitioner of Leadership Circle Profile & Team Diagnostics. She is a certified yoga § mindfulness instructor, a breath coach, health coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition and. She is a member of the coaching team of LHH, coaching C-level professionals from different industries. Burcu graduated from American Collegiate Institute (ACI) and studied several different disciplines of natural sciences, social sciences & management at Sabanci University.

She lives by the forests of Istanbul with her husband, two cats and a dog. She enjoys any source of connection to nature – from horse-back riding, to sailing or implementing permaculture principles. She enjoys to travel & discover, read, meditate, stay active.
